Each trunk is one provider account. DIDs are provisioned per trunk below. The sip-bridge container reads this config to register and route inbound calls into the Phone channel.

Piper-synthesized message the caller hears on answer. Saving regenerates the audio and pushes it live to the sip-bridge — the next inbound call uses it immediately; no container restart needed.
